The fabric feels delicate; how should I care for it?

To maintain the "Aura" of your garments, we recommend professional dry cleaning for all embroidered and silk pieces. For everyday cottons, a gentle hand wash in cold water will preserve the fabric's integrity.

Do you offer customizations?

Currently, our signature collections are sold in standard sizes as per our size guide. However, for specific B2B or wholesale inquiries, please reach out to our team.

What is the 'Signature Condition' for returns?

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with all original BluAuraa labels and luxury hang tags intact within 7 days of delivery.
