1. Processing and Dispatch Time

Thank you for shopping at Blu Auraa. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and in good condition.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 18-20 business days.
  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

    • 2. Delivery Timelines

    Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

    • Delhi-NCR: Delivered within 2 business days after dispatch.
    • Rest of India: Delivered within 4 business days after dispatch.

    Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.


    3. Shipping Charges

    • Domestic (India): We offer Free Standard Shipping across India.
    • International: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight. Customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

      • 4. Tracking

      Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after receiving the tracking details.
