1. Returns

At Blu Auraa (M.V.V GROUP), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

  • Return Window: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Process: To start a return, contact us at admin@bluauraa.com. If accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send your package.

2. Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 10 business days.


3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if a direct replacement is arranged for defective/damaged items:

  • Exchange Processing: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check (2-3 days), the replacement item will be dispatched.
  • Exchange Delivery: The replacement product will be shipped and delivered to you within 5-9 business days after approval.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (personalized items) and sale items.
